HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 - RESILIENCE TRAINING

We send in our resilience coach, this is a 90 minute webinar and will cover:

  • A better understanding of what resilience means to you
  • An understanding of your internal barometer and the impacts of specific triggers
  • A framework to access your resilience
  • A toolkit to become proactive in your approach to resilience

Our coach https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshconnolly/ has worked with many companies delivering this training across the UK, which has been described as "10 years worth of coaching in 90minutes".

STEP 2 - ONE-2-ONE SESSIONS WITH OUR TAKE A SEAT APPROVED THERAPIST

We have spent the last 5 months identifying and inviting some of the UK's most highly trained and experienced therapists into the Take A Seat Community. 

To qualify as a member they must:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years in Higher Education
  • Have a minimum of 100 hours delivering therapy
  • Have completed 100 hours supervision and have a senior supervisor they are using. We reference them with their supervisor. 
  • Be fully trained in at least two modalities of therapy. This means they can work with what your team members needs and have options on how to get the best results.
  • Commit to 30 hours minimum annual CPD 

All of our therapists are part of a peer-to-peer community we moderate which maintains high standards of practice and communication. 

Our recommendation would be to book in the Resilience Training, follow this up with an email we can draft for you offering out the sessions and see what the take up is like.

It's crucial we stress the level of confidentiality involved in the one-2-one work. We will never feedback any information to you or the leadership team on individuals. The whole idea is to give them the space and autonomy to do the work on themselves and as their employer you will enjoy the many subsequent benefits.

COST

Our price for the 90 minute resilience training is £1,250 (+VAT)

The one-2-one sessions are £750 (+VAT) per person for x10 sessions. We recommend 10 sessions as this is the standard amount for Integrative Therapists to get excellent results for most mindset/mental health challenges. Although some of your team may need or want more sessions, it's clear you have done more than enough as a responsible employer. 

Responsibility aside, Deloitte recently published a report that said for every £1 you spend on your team's mental health strategy, you will get £5 back. Dealing with morale, presenteeism, churn and overall results in a way a lot of managers aren't equipped to. This will be an investment that will not only have massive amounts of intangible benefits and will take your team's commitment to a whole new level.
