Why did you choose to become a therapist?

It was through looking at my own darkness at various milestones within my own life; past childhood ACE’S (adverse childhood experiences), separations, bereavements, career changes and marriage, that I became my own inspiration to invite change and encourage change.

What is your favourite place to visit and why?

Spain - aspects of its authenticity, the food, the warmth and the soul felt communities.
